“Bridging the Gap Between Community & Law Enforcement”
May 25th, 2022

George Floyd, on May 25, 2020, touched and changed the world. Although his killer was prosecuted and convicted, we can't bring George back. So, what we have to do is look forward as we honor his life and memory.

We stand today to turn pain into purpose, hate into hope, and tragedy into triumph. We want to be the catalyst for the change we want to see by kicking off 5/25 D.O.E. - Day of Enlightenment - for our community, the nation, and the world.

"We will not languish in victimhood. We will be triumphant, and his death will not be in vain. He changed the world, as his daughter so profoundly stated, and we're here to make sure it keeps changing, for the better. Join us in being the change we want to see." -Roger Floyd Chief Impact Officer & Organizer George Floyd Memorial Center

An open and honest discussion with local and national law enforcement on how we can bring about change and move forward together.
